Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
  • Current pharmacist's license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • CPR certification.
  • Certified immunizer or willingness to become certified within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to administer Long-Acting Injectables.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
