Job Summary

Froedtert South is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible psychiatrist to join our team. The successful candidate will start a solo practice initially, which could increase with the addition of other providers with sufficient patient volume growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Valid state of Wisconsin medical license
  • Board eligible or board certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
  • Completion of an ACGME accredited Residency training in Psychiatry
  • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
