Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to promote positive behavior change and skill development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with clients based on individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collect and accurately record data on client progress during therapy sessions.
  • Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Collaborate with families and other members of the treatment team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss client progress and treatment plans.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required or working towards.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong understanding of principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or other locations as needed.
