The IT Vendor Manager role involves overseeing the entire contract cycle, including changes, modifications, and enforcing performance clauses. Key responsibilities include providing performance direction to vendors, preparing new SLAs, and serving as the main contact for all contract-related activities.**

Duties & Responsibilities:**
- **Essential:**
- Develop a structured vendor performance management framework for consistent IT vendor portfolio oversight.
- Establish contract management objectives, procedures, and metrics to track performance effectively.
- Manage contract review meetings and ensure delivery alignment with objectives.
- Communicate contract overviews to stakeholders and assist in developing statements of work.
- Engage with business units to evaluate vendor effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement processes.
- Assist in IT roadmap planning and maintenance.**

Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum five years' experience in contract lifecycle management, particularly in technology or IT services.
- Three to five years in IT service delivery, contract management, or vendor management.
- Experience in managing complex IT contracts across various categories.
- Knowledge of contracting trends, licensing models, and vendor performance metrics.
- ITIL experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills required.
- Experience with data analytics tools like PowerBI is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and management skills.**
