Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a senior leader within the global financial planning & analysis organization with a focus on how technology and data can further enhance finance serving as a key, strategic business partner
  • Develop a cohesive and integrated data & applications ecosystem for finance
  • Assess, develop and translate functional requirements into data and systems development
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between both firm-wide finance and technology functions
  • Develop an information & technology architecture that focuses on straight-through-processing, enhanced internal & regulatory controls, automation efficiencies and data governance & democratization
  • Lead the project management lifecycle for all firm-wide Finance technology initiatives
  • Play a lead role on behalf of finance participating in the application, vendor and all inter-related procurement processes related to finance technology
  • Grown an existing team of finance technology professionals to support incremental investments within finance's multi-year technology roadmap
Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree with concentrations in Finance and/or Management Information Systems/Information Systems/Information Technology
  • Minimum Years of relevant experience preferred
  • Direct experience within the wealth management industry preferred, but not required
  • Consulting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis experience preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in financial software systems and MS Excel
  • Knowledge and experience of Oracle ERP, OneStream CPM, application implementations & enhancements and project management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, build & lead teams, highly motivated, attentive to details and drive responsibilities to follow-through and completion
  • Effective analytical, communicational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
