Our nursing staff is an important piece to the puzzle to serve our patients to the best of our ability.

Position Details
  • Full Time
  • Working 72-80 hours every two weeks
    • Monday shift 7:30am to 7:00pm | Tuesday-Friday shift 7:30am to 5:00pm
  • Four days per week
  • No weekends or holidays
Current Offerings
  • Pay rate based on experience with a minimum rate of $19.66(LPN); $18.62/hour (CMA/RMA); $17.75 (Medical Assistant) higher with experience
  • $2,500 (LPN); $2,000 (CMA/RMA/MA) hiring bonus
  • $5,000 Relocation bonus for eligible candidates
  • Employee benefits (including medical/dental coverage and PTO)
What you'll do:
  • Provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits.
  • Communicate with patients regarding their questions/concerns.
  • Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.
  • Assist Providers with clinic procedures.
  • Immunizations.

Qualifications:
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy
  • Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff
AND

Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
OR

CMA/RMA
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
    • Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date.
  • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
  • American Medical Technologists (AMT)
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
  • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
  • National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
  • National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
  • Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
OR

Medical Assistant
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
    • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)

Hiring bonus requirements: To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Clearwater, MN and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
