Boat Rental Officer and Dock Hand

Duties
  • Assist customers with boat rentals and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure all rental boats are clean, fueled, and in good working condition
  • Conduct safety briefings and provide instructions on boat operation and safety procedures
  • Monitor boat traffic and enforce boating regulations to ensure safety on the water
  • Assist with docking and launching boats and jet skis as needed Pump fuel for customers on the gas dock Customer checkout for drinks, snacks, and pro shop items Experience Boating experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot minor issues with boats
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment Note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive.
