The Director of Human Resources will report to the CFO and has a strong HR Generalist and Healthcare Recruiter to round out their team to ensure success.

Job Purpose:
Provides oversight for the Human Resources department that is responsible for all aspects of daily operations in human resources to include: recruitment, retention, employee engagement and onboarding, general personnel practices, policies and procedures, staff education, employment contracts and benefits management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management (or related field)
  • Minimum of 8 years of direct Human Resource management or supervisory experience in Human Resources (preferably in a Healthcare setting).
  • SHRM certification (SCP/CP) or HR Certification Institute Certification (PHR/SPHR)
  • Experience with HRIS Systems-Meditech preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes
  • Knowledge of employee benefit structures
  • Understanding of Federal and State Labor wage and hour laws
  • Benefit/Broker Contract management skills
  • Excellent critical thinking, time management, and communication skills
