The Director of Human Resources will report to the CFO and has a strong HR Generalist and Healthcare Recruiter to round out their team to ensure success.
Job Purpose:
Provides oversight for the Human Resources department that is responsible for all aspects of daily operations in human resources to include: recruitment, retention, employee engagement and onboarding, general personnel practices, policies and procedures, staff education, employment contracts and benefits management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management (or related field)
- Minimum of 8 years of direct Human Resource management or supervisory experience in Human Resources (preferably in a Healthcare setting).
- SHRM certification (SCP/CP) or HR Certification Institute Certification (PHR/SPHR)
- Experience with HRIS Systems-Meditech preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Knowledge of employee benefit structures
- Understanding of Federal and State Labor wage and hour laws
- Benefit/Broker Contract management skills
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and communication skills
