Gaming Hub is Samsungs owned and operated service that is preloaded on all Galaxy devices to provide a delightful and seamless game discovery and gaming experience for all Galaxy gamers via Samsungs proprietary cloud gaming technology. As the Sr. Product Manager of Gaming Hub, you will lead to shape up and execute the strategy of this most prominent game discovery surface for Galaxy users. You will work cross-functionally with teams across US and Korea to drive product roadmap, development, implementation, and growth of Gaming Hub. An ideal candidate would not only be able to take the high strategic view, but also dive deep on short-term goals and problems.

Responsibilities:

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile gaming, player preferences and market developments. Understand market trends, competition, and user requirements in depth.

Regularly perform market/user research, review and adjust strategies based on research results, performance data and gaming industry trends.

Define product roadmap, launch new product features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.

Collaborate with Data and Operations team to analyze data, assess the impact of features/projects to measure ROI and inform future decisions.

Partner and interact closely with Business Development team and external stakeholders and partners to define roadmap and build features.

Work with Product Marketing to drive awareness and top-of-funnel user acquisition, and create demand for our service.

Drive execution, leading internal & external cross-functional teams to bring new features to life on time and on budget.

Work collaboratively with UX, engineering, marketing, legal, data, and operations teams across US and Korea.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or related field. Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred.

6+ years of mobile product management experience. Previous experience and deep knowledge in the mobile gaming, mobile ads, or other related industries is a big plus.

Experience managing mobile app launches end-to-end, from writing requirements to launch.

Deep knowledge and prior experience in executing product-led growth strategy.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans, identify objectives and schedules, and coordinate and direct project teams.

Thrives in studying and analyzing complex data, drawing data-driven insights and decisions, and transforming it into simple user experiences.

Ability to develop strong value proposition messaging and have challenging conversations at executive levels, both internally and externally, to drive alignment.

Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management & organizational skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt and navigate heavily matrixed organizations and thrive within a fast-paced environment.

A can do, results-oriented approach to business; A bias for action and the ability to overcome obstacles, ambiguity, and continuous change.

Professional proficiency in Korean language is a big plus as this role will interact closely with counterparts in Korea

Salary Range Pay Transparency:

Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA is expected to be between $175,000 and $220,000. Actual pay willbe determined considering pfactors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
