  • Collaborate with our Engineering and Human Resources leadership teams to anticipate organizational needs and execute HR programs
  • Develop and implement coverage plans and staffing strategies to ensure optimal team composition and resource allocation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree such as an MBA preferred
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • HR certification preferred (SPHR/SHRM-SCP)
  • Proven understanding of HR principles, practices and employment laws
  • Knowledge of Massachusetts employment law
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement in complex situations with multiple stakeholders
