Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Human Resource Business Partner to join our team at REI. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business success by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results and support our company's mission and vision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their HR needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers across the organization, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support our company's business objectives.
  • Conduct HR-related research and analysis to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and trends, and apply that knowledge to drive business results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnership and strategy development.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and trends.
