Office Administrative Manager

What You'll Do:
Performing accounting, human resources and other administrative duties with supervision
Processing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing
Tracking and documenting the petty cash account by writing checks, requesting replenishments, reconciling bank and internal accounting balances
Processing new hire, job changes, pay rate changes, and terminations
Completing various human resource related forms, such as employment verification paperwork
Tracking immigration status and updating I-9s as required
Processing benefits (including new enrollments, open enrollment and update as required)
Assist with warning reports
Processing leave of absence and short-term disability claims
Processing and tracking worker's compensation claims and maintaining OSHA records
Assisting with other HR issues as needed
Maintaining and updating certificates of insurance
Overseeing building and equipment maintenance
Responsible for computer network support
Support receptionists and administrative management of the office
What We're Looking For:
HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
3-5 years of related experience
