- Completion of Medical Terminology Certification or course within 6 months (180 days) of employment.

- Proficient in obtaining insurance verifications, referrals, and authorizations.
- Associate’s Degree with a focus on Health Care or equivalent qualification from a two-year college or technical school emphasizing Health Care.
