Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishes or suggests to management major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies for the company.
  • Produces reports summarizing and predicting company business activity and financial position in income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
  • Manages the preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and provides necessary supporting documentation.
  • Offers management timely reviews of the organization's financial status and progress.
  • Advises management on operational adjustments due to tax code revisions.
  • Responsible for training staff for various job duties.
  • Oversees receivables, payables, daily revenue reporting, and balance sheet functions.
  • Collaborates with departments to solve General Ledger and Operating Statement issues.
  • Completes general ledger reconciliations including prepay and accrual accounts.
  • Ensures timely month-end close procedures.
  • Prepares monthly financials for Corporate Office and Property Management.
  • Produces accurate financial statements for different departments.
  • Prepares balance sheet analysis monthly and for year-end closing.
  • Handles monthly reconciliation for different entities.
  • Prepares budget documentation for different entities.
  • Handles monthly reconciliation for different entities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
