As a Bilingual Family Development Specialist/Receptionist, you are the welcoming face of our organization and play a pivotal role in welcoming families, supporting families through a family-centered coaching model.

Through this pivotal role, you will support and guide families in navigating services and achieving their goals.

Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be essential in creating an inclusive environment and serving our diverse community.

This can be a 4 day per week position Monday - Thursday providing more work/life balance

Qualifications:

Bachelors or High school diploma with experience working with diverse families. Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent communication skills. Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills that can welcome someone into our space. Ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with individuals with complex needs.

A belief that every person is valuable and a commitment to equity and inclusion and treating all people with respect and dignity.

A commitment to providing coaching support that assists individuals in meeting their short-term needs and long-term goals. Team oriented.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
