Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruiting or customer service experience.

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills with an approachable demeanor.
  • Strong ability to actively listen and adapt to changing priorities. Target-driven with a teamwork mentality, fostering confident interactions.
  • Available for full-time, in-person work Monday to Friday with flexibility for weekends.
