- Maintain daily attendance records for clients and communicate any shortages or updates to branches as needed.
- Manage day-to-day recruitment operations, strategizing to increase associates on assignment and expand market presence.
- Conduct client visits to understand needs, provide support, and implement SMG's recruitment strategy.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills with an approachable demeanor.
- Strong ability to actively listen and adapt to changing priorities. Target-driven with a teamwork mentality, fostering confident interactions.
- Available for full-time, in-person work Monday to Friday with flexibility for weekends.
