Roles and Requirements:
What

Your responsibilities:
- Ensure top-notch installation quality at project sites, overseeing manufacturing and subcontractor quality
- Maintain quality checklists and address any discrepancies promptly
- Uphold on-site safety protocols along with safety audits
- Conduct equipment trial runs to confirm specifications are met and that installations meet Dematic standards
- Provide timely on-site updates on schedules and resources to project managers or clients
- Assist in training subcontractors on Dematic and other equipment installation
- Prepare detailed trip reports promptly in line with Dematic procedures
- Spot issues and propose solutions swiftly
- Be ready for immediate travel and be willing to spend a significant portion of time on the road, including on-call duties
- Physical requirements include movement in construction sites under various conditions

Our ideal candidate:

- Minimum of ten years' experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment
- Preferably with service background in AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's Degree as a bonus
- Proficiency in quality assurance processes
- OSHA 10 certification mandatory; OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs
- Openness to work non-standard hours with compensation for overtime
- Proficient in personal computer use, database operations, and communications
