Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HGV Column Erector to join our Street Lighting division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on electrical lighting installations across a range of high-profile projects. Based in the South London area, you will work on various projects, including electrical installations, excavations, and takedowns of street lighting furniture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpreting scaled drawings of basic electrical installations and detailed drawings of underground cabling.
  • Undertaking excavations, installations, and takedowns of street lighting furniture.
  • Ensuring that all site works are executed in a timely and cost-efficient manner while adhering to company health & safety processes & procedures.
  • Maintaining plant, vehicle, and materials record sheets to support the works programme.
  • Ensuring all plant is fit for purpose and maintained to required standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the Street Lighting industry.
  • HGV Class 2 license.
  • NPORS, ALLMI, CPCS Lorry Loader operator.
  • NRSWA Units 1-9.
  • Full UK driving license.
