Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Review and complete Service Network support tasks.
  • Review service provider mailboxes to determine appropriate distribution, approval requests, and invoices.
  • Prepare, deliver, receive, review and process service provider enrollment applications.
  • Maintain service network filing system by ensuring all applications are scanned and provided to PlusOne solutions.
  • Assist the support department with all daily reporting tasks.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, developing, motivating, and retaining a team of top performing Service Network support staff.
  • Working with support staff in cold calling, prospecting, managing, and developing their pipelines.
  • Must be able to uncover and identify opportunities and develop new business strategies to increase the production of the Service Network Recruiters.
  • Manage staff to achieve/ exceed assigned quotas/calls.
  • Coach and develop team members.
  • Manage support staff performance and ensure customer service requests are handled accordingly.
  • Develop relationships with service organizations of the CHS Network and external networks.
  • Supervise all personnel in the fulfillment cycle inclusive of customers, clients, service organizations, internal employees, etc. to ensure complete coordination of efforts.
  • Manage procure vendor queue to desired service levels.
  • Perform special projects and duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in communicating with service contractors
  • 1+ year experience with administrative duties
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • 2+ years in sales and/or recruiting position with cold-calling experience is required.
  • 2+ Supervisory experience
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Ability to perform effectively under conditions of variable workload/ priorities
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people via telephone
  • Basic PC knowledge, internet usage preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Manage and prioritize assigned tasks
  • Ability to work with cross-functional support departments
