Job Description:
The Regional Acessa Specialist (RAS) will play a critical role in promoting Hologic's Acessa product in a designated region. The RAS will focus on enhancing physician training, adoption, and utilization of the product in an ethical manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a strategic territory engagement plan to increase physician adoption levels
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to key stakeholders
- Develop customized promotional programs for regional customers
- Manage territory budget effectively
- Provide surgical procedure support and training
- Conduct educational programs for customer training and new hires
- Offer feedback on product performance and market trends
- Attend training sessions and industry events

Qualification Requirements:
- Experience in medical sales and working with surgeons preferred
- Ability to drive market growth for new products and surgical procedures
- Familiarity with clinical data and healthcare policies
- Proficiency in educational program development
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software

Additional Details:
The role involves extensive driving, requiring a valid license and good driving record. Travel to regional accounts and events is also a part of the job, including overnight stays. The position may involve lifting equipment of up to 25 pounds.
