Key Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys in implementing business development strategies, expanding client relationships, and increasing revenue and brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with the broader Business Development team on day-to-day activities, including managing client and prospect events, responding to requests for proposals, and conducting business and market intelligence research.
  • Prepare market and client analysis reports, analyze data, and conduct business and market intelligence research to support business development initiatives.
  • Supervise a junior team member, reviewing work product and providing relevant feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least four (4) years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to travel and work flexible and/or fluctuating hours
