Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement award-winning content strategies for the region.
  • Manage award tracking lists, including deadlines and submission requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to create compelling narratives, graphics, and layouts.
  • Coordinate with communication specialists to develop external messaging strategies and plan promotions for regional and office projects and people.
  • Support the communication team with asset preparation for various communication tactics.
  • Manage logistics for project and staff photography.
  • Develop and document project stories for use in project sheets, qualifications, and proposals.
  • Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in managing awards and photography budgets, regional events, and thought leadership development.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of related experience required, with experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry preferred.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to provide counsel in an informed and confident manner.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor, with a responsive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to effectively operate within a team environment.
