AG Jeans is a pioneer and industry leader in the premium denim industry. It has grown to be recognized as a superior contemporary lifestyle brand encompassing a full spectrum of premium products. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting all marketing strategies and organizing all cross-functional team marketing efforts. Alongside the Marketing and PR team, you will assist in market research, carry out promotional campaigns, coordinate creative materials, and maintain the marketing calendar.

The role is an on-site position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan all inbound and outbound marketing requests.
  • Track marketing campaign results and prepare performance reports
  • Facilitate healthy communication between the Marketing team and other departments.
  • Organize all necessary marketing assets for tradeshows and seasonal launches and distribute them to the Sales teams.
  • Support large marketing initiatives for product launches, store openings, brand events, strategic partnerships, and vendor initiatives.
  • Coordinate the internal marketing calendar for the media partners content shoots, organize and track sample sends, and maintain cross-functional communications.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, plan meetings, assign tasks, and develop schedules.
  • Contribute to strategizing and implementing marketing, branding, and advertising plans.
  • Ensure all marketing copy is vetted and approved by the in-house copywriter.
  • Process and submit invoices for the Marketing department
  • Monitor budgets and analyze current performance against plans and forecasts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to the Marketing/PR team.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Project Management preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a marketing or project management role
  • Must be self-directed and able to show initiative in job performance
  • Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Collaborative and energetic working style and enjoyment of working cross-functionally with members of the Marketing and PR team and with our partners across the organization
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Skills in researching, planning, project management, and reporting
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Keynote, and other relevant programs
  • Experience in creative tools such as Asana, Slack, DashHudson, and Photoshop is a plus.
  • General knowledge of social media platforms, landscape, and nuances
  • A collaborative and creative mindset and a positive attitude
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work within strict deadlines
  • A genuine interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
