Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Sr. HR Generalist or HR Manager to join our HR & Administration Department in Los Angeles, CA. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with company policies and the implementation of effective procedures. The successful candidate will collaborate with the leadership team to drive the organization's human resource and talent strategy, focusing on current and future talent needs, recruiting, training, retention, and succession planning. Additionally, this position will oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage various aspects of human resources and administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and proactively implement effective procedures.
Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy.
Oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and general administrative tasks.
Plan and implement strategies for talent needs, recruiting, training, retention, and succession planning.
Foster a seamless integration of human resources and administrative functions within the organization.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

A minimum of seven years of experience in corporate-level Human Resource Management or related experience.

Work Experience and Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Familiarity and experience with Federal and multiple state labor laws.
People-oriented and result-driven skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Certificates/Licenses:
Not required, but holding any of the following credentials is highly desired: PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP.
