Responsibilities:

Content Distribution:

  • Manage and assist with the distribution of content across multiple social media platforms, both organically (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, blogs, and emails) and via paid syndication (e.g., Facebook ads, Instagram ads, YouTube Ads, Google Display Network).

Technical Skills:

  • Possess excellent copywriting and graphic design skills.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of social media and search engine optimization best practices (e.g., use of hashtags, keywords, location tags, creation of short-form videos like IG Reels, Stories, link building).
  • Use various analytics and performance measurement/reporting tools such as Google Analytics.

Soft Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented, meticulous, earnest, energetic, passionate, creative, imaginative, self-determining, curious, strategic, and systematic.

Digital Media Management:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.
  • Manage and oversee all social media and digital accounts.
  • Design and create social media posts, thumbnails, print materials, flyers, and slides using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Upload and publish all social media posts ensuring brand continuity across platforms.

Website and Online Presence:

  • Maintain the website, including updating blog entries and managing featured content.
  • Manage online reviews across platforms like Google My Business, Zillow, and Yelp.
  • Develop and maintain listing/buyer presentations and packets.

Email and Advertisement:

  • Produce and distribute a weekly email newsletter and manage list accuracy.
  • Construct and publish social and search digital advertisements, including audience targeting and PPC campaigns.
  • Manage direct/private messages and lead routing using CRM and other systems.

Event and Content Coordination:

  • Promote and manage open houses and events.
  • Oversee all video content including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Source and submit applications for awards and manage PR opportunities.

Vendor and Performance Management:

  • Manage all third-party marketing vendors.
  • Regular accountability checks and strategy sessions including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • US Work Authorization.
