Job Overview:

This is a full-time commission-only position that requires frequent relocation to different markets across the United States. As a Solar Energy Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling solar energy solutions directly to consumers, working in various cities and states throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing: Engage with homeowners to explain the benefits of switching to solar, including cost savings, environmental impact, and energy independence.
  • Market Expansion: Work in various cities and states throughout the year, targeting areas where solar energy has growing demand or favorable incentives.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with potential customers by effectively communicating the benefits of solar and understanding their energy needs.
  • Goal-Oriented Selling: Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, continuously refining your sales approach to maximize efficiency.
  • Relocation: Be ready to relocate every few months to new markets where solar services are expanding. All housing, transportation, and work-related expenses are covered.

Requirements:

  • Relocation: You must be able to relocate as new markets open. All work-related relocation, housing, and travel expenses are covered.
  • Sales Experience Preferred: Previous experience in door-to-door sales or the solar/energy industry is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Drive & Work Ethic: Highly motivated individuals who can thrive in a commission-only environment and are driven by results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You need to be comfortable speaking to strangers, delivering persuasive pitches, and building trust.
  • Customer-Focused: Passionate about helping people find the best solar solution for their needs.
  • Legal Work Status: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and complete necessary paperwork, like a W9.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated Annual Salary: Up to $789,286.00
  • Commission-Only: Unlimited earning potential. Average reps can earn $1,200+ per week, with top performers making $10,000+ per week.
  • Paid Housing & Transportation: All relocation, housing, and transportation expenses are covered.
  • Growth Opportunities: High-performing reps can advance to leadership roles, such as team leads or market managers, with the potential to earn overrides on teams they build.
