Job Title: Solar Energy Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Location: Various Markets Across the U.S. (Relocation Required)

About the Role:

Are you ready to build a career with unlimited earning potential while helping homeowners save on energy costs? As a Solar Energy Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for selling solar energy solutions directly to consumers. You’ll work in different markets across the country, requiring relocation as part of the role. This is a commission-only position with no earnings cap—your drive and dedication determine your income

This role is perfect for self-driven individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and seek growth personally and professionally.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with homeowners to explain the benefits of switching to solar, including cost savings, environmental impact, and energy independence.
- Market Expansion: Work in various cities and states throughout the year, targeting areas where solar energy has growing demand or favorable incentives.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with potential customers by effectively communicating the benefits of solar and understanding their energy needs.
- Goal-Oriented Selling: Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, continuously refining your sales approach to maximize efficiency.
- Relocation: Be ready to relocate every few months to new markets where solar services are expanding. All housing, transportation, and work-related expenses are covered.
- Self-Management: As an independent contractor, manage your own schedule, performance, and goals.

Requirements:

- Relocation: You must be able to relocate as new markets open. All work-related relocation, housing, and travel expenses are covered.
- Sales Experience Preferred, but Not Required: Previous experience in door-to-door sales or the solar/energy industry is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
- Drive & Work Ethic: Highly motivated individuals who can thrive in a commission-only environment and are driven by results.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You need to be comfortable speaking to strangers, delivering persuasive pitches, and building trust.
- Customer-Focused: Passionate about helping people find the best solar solution for their needs.
- Legal Work Status: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and complete necessary paperwork, like a W9.
