Sunshine has nothing to do with solar energy, but we're selling it in buckets As a Solar Energy Door-to-Door Sales Representative at Nexgen Sales LLC, you'll embark on an adventure of sales and growth. With no earnings cap, your drive and dedication will propel your income to new heights.
You'll work in various markets across the U.S., exploring new cities and states each year. This role is ideal for self-driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and seek personal and professional growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners to explain the benefits of switching to solar, including cost savings, environmental impact, and energy independence.
- Market Expansion: Work in different cities and states throughout the year, targeting areas where solar energy has growing demand or favorable incentives.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with potential customers by effectively communicating the benefits of solar and understanding their energy needs.
- Goal-Oriented Selling: Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, continuously refining your sales approach to maximize efficiency.
- Relocation: Be ready to relocate every few months to new markets where solar services are expanding. All housing, transportation, and work-related expenses are covered.
- Self-Management: As an independent contractor, manage your own schedule, performance, and goals.
Your Qualifications:
- Relocation: You must be able to relocate as new markets open. All work-related relocation, housing, and travel expenses are covered.
- Sales Experience Preferred, but Not Required: Previous experience in door-to-door sales or the solar/energy industry is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
- Drive & Work Ethic: Highly motivated individuals who can thrive in a commission-only environment and are driven by results.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You need to be comfortable speaking to strangers, delivering persuasive pitches, and building trust.
- Customer-Focused: Passionate about helping people find the best solar solution for their needs.
- Legal Work Status: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and complete necessary paperwork, like a W9.

- Commission-Only: Unlimited earning potential. Average reps can earn $1,200+ per week, with top performers making $10,000+ per week.
