Summary Statement
An incumbent in this role supports case management by providing clerical assistance and routine services to clients, such as transportation and appointment scheduling.
Essential Functions
- Schedules appointments for clients, arranges transportation, and offers coaching and support.
- Provides office and telephone coverage when case manager is absent.
- Visits clients in various environments to observe behavior and report to the Case Manager.
- Prepares and maintains necessary records and forms.
- Monitors interactions during parental visits to ensure safety.
- May gather basic information from clients as needed.
Job Requirements
- Education, training, or experience in health or human services support.
