RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
  • Saluda y da la bienvenida a clientes, visitantes de oficina y personas que llaman a AgCountry. Determina sus necesidades, los asiste y/o los dirige al recurso adecuado para recibir ayuda.
  • Establece y mantiene una comunicación abierta con los clientes para identificar sus necesidades y expectativas, así como mantener relaciones positivas con ellos. Representa a AgCountry como un proveedor de una amplia gama de servicios financieros y refiere a los clientes a los miembros del equipo adecuados para seguimiento.
  • Ingresa y actualiza la información de nuevos prospectos y clientes en el Sistema de Gestión de Relaciones con el Cliente (CRM) de AgCountry. Coordina con el oficial de préstamos para avanzar a los prospectos a través del ciclo de ventas desde el cliente potencial hasta la oportunidad de cierre.
  • Ingresa información del préstamo en la propuesta de acuerdo, califica el préstamo en el Motor de Decisión Empresarial (EDE) y envía el préstamo calificado para aprobación, a solicitud del oficial de préstamos o líder. Después de la calificación de EDE, determina si la exposición requiere ajustes manuales para refinanciamiento interno o si se aplican programas especiales. Trabaja con el oficial de préstamos y/o crédito en la disposición del préstamo y necesidades adicionales de procesamiento.
  • Procesa solicitudes y renovaciones de préstamos. Ayuda a los oficiales de crédito y préstamos a garantizar que se solicite, reúna, ingrese y verifique toda la documentación del préstamo antes del cierre del mismo.
  • Emite recibos y desembolsos de préstamos. Mantiene archivos de préstamos precisos y actualizados. Ingresa y monitorea el proceso de seguimiento de tarifas, informes y otra información de clientes.
  • Para préstamos PCA, consulta con el oficial de préstamos para determinar el tipo y la ubicación del cierre y coordina los horarios (Central/Agencia de Títulos/Abogado) para asegurarse de que todas las partes estén informadas y disponibles. Coordina con el departamento de documentación de préstamos para obtener documentos completados para el cierre. En ausencia del oficial de préstamos, puede realizar el cierre del préstamo en la oficina de sucursal.
  • Ayuda al departamento de servicios financieros proporcionando referencias de seguros de vida para cuentas de préstamos y procesando aplicaciones de seguros MPCI y de granizo, según sea necesario.
  • Brinda apoyo administrativo, según sea solicitado, para mejorar las operaciones eficientes de la sucursal.
CONOCIMIENTO Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDOS
  • Grado Asociado (AA) en administración, negocios u otro campo; o experiencia equivalente relacionada con el trabajo.
  • De 2 a 4 años de experiencia administrativa en un entorno de préstamos.
  • Conocimiento de operaciones agrícolas, la industria agrícola, principios y prácticas de contabilidad, y procesamiento de crédito.
  • Conocimiento de los productos de préstamos, servicios, operaciones de crédito, sistemas de origiación de préstamos y contabilidad de préstamos de AgCountry.
  • Habilidades de servicio al cliente con énfasis en brindar un servicio oportuno, amigable y completo.
  • Habilidades de comunicación verbal, auditiva y escrita para trabajar eficazmente con clientes y compañeros de trabajo.
  • Detallista con fuertes habilidades organizativas.
  • Habilidades informáticas para operar tecnología informática y una amplia variedad de software, incluidas aplicaciones de procesamiento de texto, hojas de cálculo y bases de datos.
  • Disposición para adoptar y adaptarse a nuevos cambios tecnológicos y de procesos.
