Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and driven PEO Sales Representative with a proven track record in the PEO industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PEO services, excellent sales skills, and the ability to connect with qualified leads to onboard them successfully. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact qualified leads through various channels. Warm leads will be provided.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements of potential clients.
- Present and explain the benefits of our PEO services, highlighting our unique value propositions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of our service offerings.
- Conduct partner outreach to build a referral network
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the PEO industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of PEO services and the benefits they offer to SMBs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
