Location:
Bethel, CT

Pay Range:
$ 60-65/hr

What's the Job?

Lead the design process for pressure transducer/sensor products, from concept to launch.

Develop and maintain detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (CATIA V5, Creo, or AutoCAD).

Collaborate with internal teams (manufacturing, quality) and external partners (suppliers, customers) to ensure design excellence and manufacturability.

Conduct and interpret various engineering analyses (structural, thermal, etc.) to verify product performance.

Manage design projects from concept to production, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (minimum).

6+ years of experience in mechanical design or project engineering.

Proven ability to lead and manage design projects from start to finish.

Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA V5, Creo, or AutoCAD) and product lifecycle management systems.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (ITAR requirement).
