Join the Nesco Resource team as a CNC Programming Specialist and Manufacturing Process Engineer.

ROLE SUMMARY:
We are in search of a skilled CNC Programming Specialist and Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead the programming and optimization of CNC manufacturing systems, including Milling and Wire EDM. This position requires the application of manufacturing best practices along with a comprehensive understanding of CNC operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create new CNC programs and refine existing ones.
  • Design and conceptualize work holding solutions.
  • Implement improvements to minimize cycle times and costs.
  • Engage in IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
  • Diagnose and resolve programming and equipment challenges.
  • Provide cost estimates for job quotations.
  • Develop work instructions and facilitate operator training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in CNC manufacturing.
  • Expertise in fixtures and work holding for production.
  • Strong project management and technical skills.
  • Self-driven with excellent organizational skills.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of CNC experience with a focus on milling.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, MASTERCAM, or Esprit.
  • Experience in ISO-9001/13485 or similar environments.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Familiarity with machining high-temperature alloys.
  • Knowledge of high-efficiency machining techniques.
  • Experience with wire EDM systems and turning processes.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  • This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.
  • Standard working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
