Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Process Engineer to join our team at Resonetics. As a CNC Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the programming, process development, and general advancement of our CNC manufacturing cells, including Milling and Wire EDM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Program new CNC jobs and optimize / modify existing ones as necessary to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Work Holding Design: Conceptualize and design work holding systems to improve production efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement enhancements to reduce costs and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to and implement IQ/OQ/PQ activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot program and equipment issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Estimation and Planning: Provide run time and work holding estimates for new job quotations to ensure accurate planning and scheduling.
  • Documentation and Training: Generate work instructions, setup sheets, and visual aids as required to support operator training and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaboration: Interact with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Logistics, and HR teams as required to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company procedures and quality standards, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and applicable external regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related Engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of CNC experience, with strong Milling and Multi-Axis background (operation, programming, troubleshooting, setup).
  • CAD/CAM Experience: Proven experience with CAD/CAM software, preferably SolidWorks, MasterCam, and/or Esprit.
  • Machining Experience: Experience with machining exotic high-temperature alloys and firm understanding of high-efficiency machining techniques.
  • Wire EDM Experience: Past experience with Wire EDM systems, Small hole EDM systems, and Turning.
  • Quality Management: Experience working in ISO-9001/13485 or similar environment.
Compensation

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
