About the Position:

You will be responsible for delivering meals to residents and guests professionally and attractively, ensuring an exceptional dining experience resembling restaurant service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining confidentiality of resident information
  2. Adhering to Corporate and Departmental policies
  3. Assisting with meal tray preparation and dining room setup
  4. Serving food in an appealing manner
  5. Waiting tables with proper etiquette
  6. Creating a positive dining environment
  7. Meal preparation and delivery
  8. Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and work areas
  9. Supporting special food events
  10. Performing additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Prior food service experience
  2. Ability to follow instructions
  3. High standards of personal hygiene
  4. Capability to lift 25 pounds and push tray carts
  5. Must treat residents and public with kindness and respect
  6. Experience with point of service systems preferred

Physical Demands:

This role requires constant standing and movement throughout an eight-hour shift, along with frequent bending, lifting of at least 25 pounds, and pushing of food tray carts.
