Are you ready to join the team at the central distribution center in Cranbury, NJ as a Dispatcher?

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Keep customer information up to date
  • Maintain current truck information, including registration details
  • Provide daily reports on mileage and fuel, adhering to IFTA requirements
  • Manage driver and route list efficiently
  • Optimize Daily Orders routing based on established business rules
  • Suggest necessary drivers and trucks for daily volume
  • Generate manifests and organize delivery paperwork
  • Supervise GPS software (NavMan)
  • Coordinate returning drivers for pickups and additional runs
  • Execute other assigned duties, including special projects and cross-training opportunities
  • First Shift hours to be determined
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in maximizing truck volume
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience in Dispatching considered advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Prior Customer Service Experience mandatory
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations a bonus
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
