The Community Liaison/Account Manager plays a crucial role as the bridge between the facility, the community, and referral agencies. Responsible for generating interest in the facility's services by applying ethical marketing and sales techniques effectively.

Working alongside the Business Development Director and Team, the Account Manager upholds a positive public image of the facility within the community.

Tasks include implementing the strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility's brand, managing territories and accounts, and striving towards business development goals, all while demonstrating tact and dedication in a fast-paced setting.

Working hours vary based on departmental needs and may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends as advised by the Business Development Director.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a must. Relevant experience can be considered as an alternative to a degree. Previous marketing or sales exposure in a behavioral healthcare environment is advantageous. Minimum three years of documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships is preferred. A valid Driver's License is required.
