The Digital Project Manager will have a significant impact on advancing our Project Management strategies at Irish Titan. This role involves overseeing and driving web design and development projects, collaborating with strategic, creative, and technical teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. To excel in this role, you must possess a positive mindset, be deadline-oriented, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Bonus points for being exceptionally organized.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing, maintaining, and delivering detailed project plans
  • Identifying and defining client requirements and project deliverables
  • Creating project objectives and milestones
  • Handling change requests and managing project scope
  • Coordinating daily tasks, assigning resources, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Communicating risks, weaknesses, and opportunities to the team
  • Ensuring quality control and implementing best practices
  • Collaborating with internal teams and sharing knowledge with fellow Project Managers
  • Effective communication with clients and team members through various channels

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience (preferably 2 years within a digital agency)
  • Experience managing projects ranging from $150k to $1M+
  • Proficiency in managing third-party vendors
  • Track record of planning and executing projects spanning over 6 months
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently with different complexities
  • Strong multitasking, urgency, and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • Familiarity with technical and creative design and development
  • Competence in project planning tools like Asana, JIRA, Monday, or Basecamp
  • Direct experience in managing technical projects and collaborating with developers and designers
