Currently, Easy Ice is expanding and is in search of a dynamic and motivated Sales/Account Manager in Lenexa, KS

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and enthusiastically
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with customers based on expertise and experience
  • Assist customers in identifying their ice-making needs and demonstrate how our solutions can meet those needs
  • Select the appropriate equipment based on each customer's requirements
  • Understand the customer's decision-making process and address any concerns they may have
  • Efficiently manage customer calls, ensuring all pertinent information is gathered while maintaining a pleasant conversation flow
  • Generate price quotes using internal systems
  • Establish and organize new accounts, including obtaining necessary documentation
  • Identify and disqualify accounts that do not align with company guidelines
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions
  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with new business owners to onboard them swiftly and prevent customer churn
  • Meet annual sales targets consistently
  • Provide support to customers regarding account issues and changes
  • Assist existing customers in resizing equipment or selecting new installation locations
  • Visit customers onsite and facilitate collections
  • Prepare documentation related to account modifications and collections
  • Coordinate equipment retrieval from closed accounts when necessary
  • Contribute to team efforts by taking on assigned tasks
  • Represent Easy Ice/Ice-Masters brand positively

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years of prior sales and/or customer service experience preferred
    • Must have authorization to work in the United States

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in using standard computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and multi-line phone systems
  • Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements that benefit customer experiences
  • Demonstrate a willingness to expand knowledge of relevant industries and company offerings
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities

WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Role involves sitting, walking, occasional lifting, bending, and extended periods of computer use
  • Driving may be required for up to 50% of work hours
  • Must have strong visual acuity for computer work
