RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

  • Works with Branch clinical leaders to ensure the principles of assisted living and Bickford's culture are integrated into all aspects of resident care.
  • Provides on-call support to clinical leaders to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
  • Works with operations and clinical leaders within the branches to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with residents/families to enhance their engagement.
  • Oversees and manages the process and employees who administer resident. medications ensuring medications are delivered to residents in accordance with their physician's orders.
  • Teaches and trains incoming clinical leaders to ensure that they are on-boarded in a way the promotes optimal clinical results.
  • Manages partnerships with local vendors to ensure quality external care providers are servicing the residents within the branch.

Qualifications:

  • RN license.
  • Proven reputation for management and leadership excellence with multi-site management and healthcare experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships within the community.
  • Senior Living experience along with knowledge of state-specific assisted living regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a proficient clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication.
  • A valid driver's license and a driving record consistent with Bickford's insurance carrier guidelines.
