Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy:

  • Concept Development:
    • Lead ideation for video projects ensuring they are compelling and engaging
    • Collaborate with team members to refine concepts effectively
  • Creative Direction:
    • Guide the team in visual storytelling, design, and other aspects of video production
    • Ensure the final output meets quality standards
    • Delegate tasks to maximize productivity
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Work closely with clients to align with their objectives and preferences
    • Present creative ideas and address feedback
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Manage project budgets efficiently
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement
    • Offer creative solutions within project constraints
    • Track workstream progress

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in video production or related field
  • Experience directing video with Fortune 500 companies
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles
  • Expertise in video editing software
  • Portfolio demonstrating expertise in production and creative direction
  • Effective leader with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and quality standards
  • Residence near Eden Prairie, MN
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront
