Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute motion graphic designs
  • Support Creative Leads and Creative Director in the development of mood boards and storyboards
  • Design internal and external marketing collateral
  • Track and update workstream progress in our project management application
  • Other duties as required
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of production techniques and project time management for design for motion and animation
  • 4+ years relevant work experience in design for motion and animation
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience designing mood boards, style frames, and storyboards
  • Ability to articulate concepts and designs to colleagues and clients
  • Ability to execute projects quickly under tight deadlines
  • Ability to understand and interpret client expectations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; must work effectively as part of a team
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills
  • Willingness to continue learning the craft and staying current with advances and trends
  • Willingness to take direction
  • Ability to execute independently and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D design programs
  • Web design, print, and creative agency background a plus
  • Knowledge of live action production, video, and music editing, and basic compositing skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Workfront
