Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team in every phase of production to bring creative visions to life.
  • Support Creative Leads and Creative Directors in developing mood boards, storyboards, and concept designs.
  • Design and create high-quality internal and external marketing collateral, including motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
  • Track and update workstream progress in our team project management application.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in design for motion and animation, with a strong understanding of production techniques and project time management.
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
  • Experience designing mood boards, style frames, and storyboards, with a focus on visual storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Ability to articulate concepts and designs to colleagues and clients, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to execute projects quickly under tight deadlines, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D design programs, with experience in rigging and animating 2D characters.
  • Knowledge of live action production, video and music editing, and basic compositing skills.
  • Experience working within multiple brand guidelines, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency across different marketing channels.
