We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for a client in Ipswich, MA

Job Description:
  • Gather and stage semi-finished goods and raw materials required for packaging runs.
  • Pre-count staged materials for packaging technicians according to BOMs.
  • Assist packaging team in preparing pre-labeled raw materials (i.e. bottles or boxes) in advance of packaging runs.
  • Maintain organized inventory storage locations.
  • Reconcile semi-finished good remnant inventory in the filling or packaging suites.
  • Run regular scrapping reports from SAP and scrap inventory that has exceeded its saleable shelf life.
  • Physically move released materials from "awaiting QI" locations to "unrestricted" locations.
  • Perform SAP transactions to move materials in the system to ensure the correct storage location is reflected in the system.
  • Coordinate with materials handlers to release extended backordered products to control the number of deliveries created.
  • Gather materials for transfer between sites.
  • Report to a Packaging Manager
  • Candidates should be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Duration: 6-12 Month contract
Location: Ipswich, MA onsite
Pay Rate: $18-20 Per Hour DOE Hours: 7a-3p or 8a-4p
