This position provides drafting support for the Company's technology development group, focusing on New Product Development and Sustaining Product Development.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to develop and maintain product designs.
  • Create/revise detailed 3D models, layouts, drawings, and BOMs for new and existing equipment.
  • Implement and maintain accurate control of all data and documentation related to products and designs using an ePDM system.

Qualifications

Necessary qualifications, skills, and abilities:

  • A High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Industrial Design, Engineering Technology, or similar is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of design/drafting related experience.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software; SolidWorks/PDM experience is required.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of downhole and/or tubular running tools is preferred.
