Execute strategic plans and goals for assigned region.
Provide ongoing analysis of operational efficiencies and financial performance
Contribute to development and achievement of regional budgets in collaboration with Imaging leadership and in accordance with organizational directives
Ensure process consistency across all markets within the assigned region, and in alignment with the organization's best practices.
Monitor key performance indicators and create action plans to address areas for improvement.
Prepare regular performance and operational reports, metrics, presentations and other information to DispatchHealth's Leadership teams.

What You Need:
Key Competencies
Ability to clearly demonstrate commitment and proficiency to assume increased scopes of responsibility within organization

Ability to motivate, develop and support his/her direct reports and other team members to perform at a high level.
Strong, self-confident, decisive leader with good listening and consensus building skills. Self-starter with drive, initiative and commitment to finish the task
Qualifications
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, a clinical discipline, or a related field preferred.

7+ years of experience in a healthcare organization or related business field with demonstrated ability to lead teams and make her/his organization more operationally efficient and effective.

Prior experience with diagnostic imaging required.

Proven leadership experience in a general manager capacity with the ability to design and provide supervision of services, create project plans, identify and implement process improvements and lead with effective cost discipline and resource stewardship across multiple locations and service lines.
