SCOPE

ETRO is looking for a dynamic and strategic partner to join our team as the Regional Sales Director, responsible for overseeing our full-price boutiques. Reporting directly into the CEO, this individual will play a crucial role in driving the success of our luxury brand through effective management and strategic development of our full-price boutique locations. The ideal candidate will be a driving force in creating personalized client journeys, fostering brand loyalty that resonates with ETRO, and ensuring the overall operational excellence of each boutique under their purview.

RESPONSIBILITY

People Management & Development

  • Drive performance, and develop our team by setting clear measurable objectives, providing management with strategic direction; along with policies and systems to meet those goals
  • Ability to think and work independently, approaching problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Build plans, tools, processes, and training to optimize and leverage the best practice across the applicable member-facing team
  • Ensure our full price boutiques are delivering on our standards in partnership with the owners of those standards from HQ like Employee Experience, Retail Ops, and Visual Merchandising, among others
  • Invest time physically in our full price boutiques as often as possible, ensuring area-level and store-level meetings/calls are happening at the right frequency and enabling strong two-way dialogue. Promote feedback, idea generation and an, "open-door" policy to support employee happiness and give everyone a voice

Store Budget, Performance, Analysis, and Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets for full-price boutiques.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Identify opportunities for boutique expansion and collaborate with cross-functional departments to execute market strategies.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to elevate the brand presence and create mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Ensure our full price boutiques are delivering on our standards in partnership with the owners of those standards from HQ like Employee Experience, Retail Ops, and Visual Merchandising, among others
  • Monitor and track all KPIs in partnership with cross-functional departments, having a core focus on operations, client centric experiences, and boutique development.

Knowledge & Skills

  • BA/BS degree or related experience, degree in business management preferred.
  • 10+ years of retail leadership both in stores and successful HQ multifunction leadership
  • Experience in staff management with a similar role
