Superior Fence and Rail of Southwest Florida is hiring a part-time (24 hours per week) Operations Assistant. The duties and responsibilities of the Operations Assistant include, but are not limited to, providing operational administrative support to ensure efficient and effective communications and operational organization. The preferred candidate will have the following:

  • Previous administrative support experience, preferably in a construction office environment.
  • Bilingual preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications or similar.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Exceedingly positive work attitude; a troubleshooter and problem solver.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently.
  • Hold a valid Florida Driver's license and have the ability to travel independently.
