- Lead critical program and project initiatives related to Procure to Pay Processes and Integrations
- Design and optimize SAP Core Procure To Pay processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions
- Manage various integrations with customer engagement systems, payroll, and tax
- Oversee the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA application throughout all phases
- Manage and establish the SAP Delivery Organization including functional teams
- Supervise external vendors or consultants for successful SAP implementation
- Ensure timely and high-quality SAP deployment through monitoring project timelines and milestones
- Provide solution leadership and maintain project progress
- Manage status reporting at project and steerco levels
- Utilize various IT teams for successful delivery
- Discover automation and data analytics opportunities for process optimization
- Stay informed about industry trends to drive innovation
- Work closely with Supply Chain leaders and end-users to address ERP needs

This position requires a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience in SAP, specifically SAP S/4 MM. Implementation experience with SAP S/4 HANA is preferred.
Key qualifications include a deep understanding of end-to-end Procure to Pay processes, effective communication skills, strategic thinking, and familiarity with IT governance and compliance frameworks.
Environmental & Physical Requirements: The role is primarily office-based and may require sitting for extended periods, data entry, and occasional lifting.
