Required Qualifications
  • Experience with project and/or functional leadership preferably in financial services, in increasingly responsible positions, including 5+ years of experience leading projects. Can include both formal and informal leadership roles.

Project Details
  • Create and manage timelines for key workstream within our Growth Marketing team focused on optimizing our key channels to drive leads for our branch teams.
  • Create and manage timelines for up to five medium-scale client campaigns
  • Support up to two large scale projects to advance our lead management capabilities, activating a prospect phone experience that includes vendor management
  • Partner with business leaders, creative teams, developers and vendors to organize the work, manage resources, oversee and/or conduct analysis, synthesize findings, and develop recommendations. Helps team continuously challenge and improve processes and services. Challenges status quo.

  • Remove roadblocks for the teams regarding processes, tools and responsibilities as well as driving accountability challenges.
  • Funding management including budget planning, management and tracking.
  • Establish and manage appropriate project change management process/mechanism to scope, schedule and costs for non-technical work. Provides clear direction and articulates benefits to optimize team and individual buy-in/adoption when implementing change.
Team Details
The EBM Operations team consists of a director, department leader, six full-time associates and five contingent workforce team members. The main areas are Marketing Technology, Delivery (web authoring and marketing automation), Divisional Communications and Change, and General Operations (time tracking, annual financial planning, headcount management)
